On Nov. 6, 2013 I pleaded guilty to a sexual offence. It all comes down to weather it was consensual or forced. I said it was consensual and explained the story of what happened to him. It seems that he sided with the state. what I did was touch a girls breast while she was visiting me. I agree that I never should have touched her but she said it felt so good when I rubbed her shoulders that I slowly moved my hand to her breast. She reported it to the police that she tried to remove my hand. This is not true.\r\nWhen the police interview me I was confused and didn't realize the extent of the charges.\r\nHe did not tell me the charges even when I explained what happened.\r\nI didn't realize what happened until I appeared before my probation officer.
