I don't think this company is even in business. Myself and one of their vendors cannot get them to return a call or email. I am now paying out of pocket to their vendor to fix a washer/dryer unit. Avoid this company at all cost. They have an amazing marketing team to sell you their product. BEWARE! ...read more

I am not quite sure who is rating this company but I can assure you they are the worst you will ever deal with. They are rude, condescending and unreliable. They do not provide resolution to the problem. They do not pay vendors that they contract with. Therefore the consumer gets harassed for payment. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. ...read more

My refrigerator is no longer cooling properly,,,,
Frost build up on the evaporator coils or filthy condenser coils could be the culprit of the refrigerator not cooling efficiently. When frost builds up on the evaporator coils the fan is not able to effectively circulate air over the coils. In order to absorb heat to cool the refrigerator the coils must be properly ventilated. These coils are usually located behind a removable panel at the back of your freezer. The build- up of ice on the evaporator coils can be caused by a component of the self defrosting system malfunctioning. The self defrosting system includes the defrost timer, heater, and thermostat. To determine if the problem is with a part of the defrosting system you should remove all of your food from the refrigerator and freezer and turn the thermostat off. You should then either let the refrigerator melt manually by leaving the doors open 24-48 hrs or blow hot steam over the surface of the freezer. Once all of the ice has melted away you need to turn the thermostat on to a normal setting. If the refrigerator regains its ability to cool after this either the timer, heater, or thermostat has failed. In these instances you will need to call your local appliance repair to pinpoint the non-functional part and replace it. The condensers possess fins that dissipate heat as the high pressure gas condenses to a liquid. When these fins become coated in dust and debris the refrigerator does not cool properly. You should use a refrigerator condenser brush and vacuum to remove all lint, dirt, and pet hair.
