I Ordered the 10 day program, tried to use it, but no luck. I Told them I wanted to return it. No problem they said, look for a return box from us to arrive in 3 - 5 days. I Had only had the program for 12 days. I Kept calling, and sure thing on the 31st day, the return box arrived. I asked about this, they were busy, just return it and I would get my refund. B.S. They refused to refund my money. I Thought what the heck, it's only $10. I Read the fine print, so I called and cancelled any future shipments. To my shock, a month later, UPS came to the door wanting me to sign for the intermediate course. I Refused to sign, and they returned it to the company. To my surprise, the same month, they charged my credit card $56. Also that month the intermediate course was left on my door step by a unknown carrier that was not UPS FED-EX or DHL. It was marked Stroll. So I did not open it I called customer service and asked them why when I had canceled all further shipments was I still being charged and why did they still send me the program. They informed me that they had no record of me canceling. I told them again that I wanted to cancel all further shipments and asked them how to return the intermediate course they explained that they would send me a return sticker that I could just place over the one that was on there and it would come back to them low and be hold the sticker never showed and the next month they charged my credit card $56 dollars again. I called my credit card company and told them that I had not authorized anyone of those chargers and my credit card company informed me that since i had the product there was nothing I could do so my credit card company put me Intouch with an advocate from the BBB in Dallas while working with the advocate they kept charging my card and then after 4 chargers on my card of $56 the third level of the course showed up on my door step. Again I did not open it and they kept charging my card $56 per month it took me several more months working with the advocate but she stuck with it and in the end she brought in a mediator from I think Philadelphia where they are located in the end between my advocate and the mediator they got all my money returned and the company still would not give me any information or anything as to where to send the courses back to so the mediator and my advocate told me to do whatever I wanted to do with it so I thought what the heck and started with the 10 day course on my computer and I still do not know a word of Brazilian Portuguese. These people are rip off artists and if you have been taken by them call your credit card company and ask them to put you in touch with a BBB advocate from your area office and they will help you get your money back hopefully like they did for me. Absolute fraudster Company. Isn t there a Federal Criminal Agency at Philadelphia, to indict them and penalize the Directors for Fraud?? These blokes rob people and on top of that issue threats.
