I can definitely understand why there are no reviews, especially if all the reviews are anything like my opinion of Thomas Wenner, as well as, of the Attorney Jerry Crowley. My family and I have had so many excuses as to the wait of over 21months, almost 22 as to why our inheritance has not been distributed. As of 04/17/09 we were told that the checks were being cut; that day, Attorney Crowley called and informed us they were being cut on 04/25/09. Which of course I am aware of the fact they won't be since that is a Saturday. I am filing a complaint with the OCC, as well as, the Attorney General if we do not receive those checks before 04/25/09. Holding onto this money, is just a way for the bank to make money and nothing more. I have already notified Mr. Wenner on the phone that I will be filing with the OCC if that money is not in our hands by 04/25/09. It will be filed on 04/24/09, if not in our hands by then.
