I picked up a bday cake I had ordered and an approx. 13 year old boy was operating the store alone. He brought me the cake and said he had made it himself. It certainly looked like that was who had made it. It was lopsided, icing all messed up and an odd square/oval shape with the handwriting of a child. I was feeling too sorry for him and there was no manager to complain. I reluctantly paid $26 and was laughed at endlessly by friends and family who saw it. When I called today (2 days after pick up) to complain to an actual adult, I was told they would not refund my money. The best they would do would be to give me a 50% coupon for a future purchase.
