I am a real customer not someone who writes raves reviews for a living. Choice Auto Sales went back on it word. I placed $500 down to hold a car, with my salesman DJ assurance that it was refundable it we decided against the car, so my son to see the car. DJ was unable to budge at all on the price and we did not buy the car. DJ told us our money would be refunded in a week when the owner was back from vacation. A week came and went with no refund. We called and spoke to DJ again and he told us it would be done give him a few days. Again no refund. Called again and this time DJ texted us back saying our money was non refundable. I have nothing but good to say about Ray and the guys at Choice Autos. I fell in love with a car on their website and was skeptical at first because the price seemed to low to be true. However, after meeting them in person, I quickly realized there were no gimmicks at all. Ray was one of the friendliest salesmen I've met and he worked his magic to get the numbers down to what I could afford. The entire staff I interacted with was extremely friendly and unlike the bigger dealerships that forget your name once they get your signatures, these guys continue to help me.
