About Mount Union, PA

Mount Union is a city located in Huntington County, Pennsylvania. You can find bituminous coal, fire clay and some timber in the area. It is located along the Juniata River, about forty five miles from Altoona. Bleyer Industries operates an a major Easter grass facility on the northern side of the city. The city is home to the Thousand Steps of Standing Stone Trail which is located in the Narrows. The city is also home to the annual Creation Festival and the Pa Lions Beacon Lodge Camp, which is a summer camp for people with special needs and visual impairments.
