I went to the Pizza Hut in Mansfield PA tonight and was not happy or pleased with my experience and service. When I got there, my friend and I waited 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not packed or busy at all. There was plenty of seating. After we were finally seated, the hostess asked how long we had been waiting, and we told her. Than we waited another 20 minutes just for our waitress to come and take our drink order. After that we waited almost another 10 minutes for our drinks and for our order to be taken. Once our appetizers were brought to us, she forgot some of it and didnt bring it to us until after we had gotten our pizza. It took all in all almost an hour just to get our food.. We watched 4 other people who came in after us, get their meals, eat and leave before we were even done.
