Initially I was very happy with Advanced Tree Care's quote and work. I asked them to cut down dead limbs and trees in my backyard to make it safe for my pets and children. They did the work in April, and in June it was clear when the leaves grew that they had missed a very large dead limb that currently hangs over the area where my kids play. They came out to confirm the limb is dead, however they will not return my calls or e-mails to remove it at their cost. I paid for the work already and don't feel I should have to pay again.
