My mother ordered a chair from this store and was promised delivery on the following Friday (about one week). While awaiting to receive the chair, she called "Brian" on three occasions in order to understand what her portion of the bill was to be. He spoke to her only once--the other two times he did not return a promised call. I spoke to him on the Saturday afterward. At first I was told he was unavailable and that he would return the call. When I asked when that would be, I was told there was no way of knowing. The clerk who answered the phone was trying to be helpful but could not seem to connect with anyone who would have knowledge of the order status. While discussing this, Brian became available and took my call. Although he was not rude, he demonstrated a completely uncaring lackluster interest in trying to help a customer.
