It took 7 days from when we called until our lawn was mowed the first time. After that, intervals between mowings were from 4 to 9 days. I didn't feel as though I had any control over my own yard. They showed up any day of the week, at any time with no advanced notice. Our lawn was long in some areas while being scalped in others. Trimming was never done completely and got worse each time. Billing was inconsistant and incorrect. I don't know what else they could have done wrong, short of setting our lawn on fire.
