This is the owner and operator of Seasonal Emporium. Quite frankly, I have no idea who these people are. One says we were there in the summer working on a problem then allowed to also install a pellet stove? Let's be real! Who would allow us to mess one thing up then allow us to mess another one up after saying "multiple times for the same problem since it wasn't correct the first time". This is obviously a competitor just writing stuff in an effort to gain business. My answer to them...work hard and earn it like we do! The other says "very unprofessional and your work sucks". Who are you and truly give a real explanation...if it is true at all. Hey folks, online reviews a good to an extent. Do yourself a favor and don't just believe what you read. Follow it up with real references and experiences. We have and offer plenty of those. ...read more

Very unprofessional. Had to have workers come to my house MULTIPLE times for the same problem since it wasn't corrected the first time. After failing the third time it was time to bring someone else in. Threw out around a thousand for that and the real problem was a simple fix completed by a real professional. At the same time of them "attempting" to fix the one problem we had them install a pellet stove. The owner Frank messed that up AS WELL. we had to have him come back to fix it since he did the job half-assed. This business is a joke and none of them know what they are doing. ...read more
