Go look at 2/8/2008. Do you find it funny that all those reviews came in during the DEAD OF WINTER ON THE SAME DAY????? One was MStover (owners wife's maiden name), and MAJASKULSKI (owners last name). The rest are friends and don't even have pools. How pathetic to LIE and try to get customers?? WOW. They have no clue how to use their own products and are absolutely positively not reliable. They love people having problems so they can sell you more chems and give you the run around. I don'l know what these two earlier reviews are all about. I purchased my hot tub from Mark and Ashley two summers ago and I have had nothing but good service from them. They have guided me expertly through the learning curve of maintaining my hot tub which I use every morning and every night.
