Don't go there. I've been waiting 10 weeks for a replacement glass for the window. This is the second time a window glass broke just be knocking on the window. On top of the fact that I've been waiting 10 weeks, they're charging me $175.00 for the glass to be installed. If you ask me, that's a really rotten warrantee!!!! ...read more

This company wanted to charge an exorbitant $1200 an hour for pure labor to do a follow-up job on the gutter work they had done a month before. They installed some new and different gutter which required it be mounted closer to the roof than the previous one had been. According to the expert roofer who had put on our new roof a few years ago, that caused the water to overshoot the gutters and pour through my window. Restoration Masonry said the roof underpinnings were rotting; my roofer said it was not and that the roof edge only had to be trimmed, a less than 2-hour project. When I called Restoration Masonry to come back and do the trimming, they said they would do it but only for $1200 an hour, of which I would pay only half since they had seemingly caused the problem.
