My aunt had her 80th birthday the other day. Her daughter-in-law sent her flowers from Florida, but they were delivered 1 day late due to a mix up with the wire service. A card was in the flowers asking for you opinion. The flowers were beautiful, but my uncle called to let them know that they were delivered late. The owner was terrible! He actually sent the delivery truck back and they took back the flowers! What a terrible business! Never will I, my family, or any of my friends get flowers from this place. If the owner is so cranky maybe he should go into another line of work instead of customer service! ...read more
