BUYER BEWARE. My mother called this florist (she doesn't live in Ambridge), and placed an order to be delivered to a family friend's memorial service. She had asked for some suggestions for an arrangement, and the woman at Heritage went on and on about how beautiful the lilies and roses they had were. So my mother asked for an arrangement of those. Instead, she arrives and finds an arrangement including mostly sunflowers (?!?). For a man's passing (!?!). She was sure there was some mistake, called and spoke with the same woman, who said they had merely agreed on a "mixed flower" arrangement. She would NOT send another arrangement, but was willing to give a 10% discount -- not particularly generous, considering we probably received leftover flowers that they had on hand.
