I made an appt for this past weekend which the office called to confirm 2 days prior to my appt. We arrived to find a dark locked office. There was a sign in the window with the managers phone number to call if noone was there so it seemed clear that this happens often. I called the number 3 times and left a message and never got a response. I also sent an email with no response. I called the main number today as there was no answer at any numbers I called at my appt time and finally spoke to someone. Althought she did apologize she had no explanation for why this happened. We drove 1 hr and 20 minutes to nothing and no explanation!
