I started attending ILKB classes about 2 months ago after signing up for the internet promotion of "buy 3 classes, get a free pair of gloves for $20". I figured, why not?\n\nAfter my first class where you get a 1-on-1 coaching session with one of their instructors to learn all of the kicks and punches, I felt like a total bad a$$. By the third class, I more confident with my combinations, and strength against the bags, that I couldn't wait to come back for the next class. \n\nBetween the HIT round, stretching and cardio from the bag rounds, I haven't had such a great work out in years!\n\nMy other favorite part is the female community at my Tigard location, and the support you get from everyone after you're sweaty and exhausted from completing a challenging work out. ...read more

Satisfied Boot Camp and Personal Training Customers

About 6 months ago I was going to have Gastric Bypass but kept putting it off. When I saw the ad for the Boot Camp I figured I would try "just one more time". I thank God that I did!!!! Now I have a purpose in my life, I have an obligation every morning that I have to meet. I am also challenged. I can't thank you enough for being the best trainer I have worked with. I am not saying that so that I can get out of the lunges ;) I tell everyone that I meet and know about the boot camp. I also want anyone that reads this to know that I started at 250lbs, had not worked out in over 8 months, ate HORRIBLY, and had joint issues etc. It DOESN'T MATTER what size you are. Keith works with you, you won't be alone. There are other women that are big too….Girl you won't be the only one. Don't use this as an excuse. Your life and your health are too important to risk. If I can do this anyone can…. I have lost a total of 8 lbs I have lost a total of 10.5 inches I have gained 6.5 lbs muscle weight (very good thing) I have lost 14.5 POUNDS of FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How cool is that?!?!?!? I am almost 2 sizes smaller and I feel soooooo good…. Julie H.
