I own my own business since 92. Most years for us have been good although, times have been a little tough due to the economy these past few years. My office manager came in my office and showed me the total cost we were paying for utilities. We were paying out the ears for utilities and they just raised the rates this past year just like they did the previous years. With what type of business we are, the electric, gas, & water were all very high and we didnt think there was a choice, boy were we wrong! Will with Will Caffrey & Company came in and did a really great job of helping us to understand everything from the start. He provided us with a utility audit and found multiple solutions for every utility and included a detailed report of all the incentives available, return on investment, and even brought in some funding sources.
