It is sad to say that us bank will not own up to making a mistake.My own Branch at lombard emerald,I keep going in to ask,what are you going to do about the charge.and I hear the same old story Oh WE'LL get back to later.all over 40.00 that I had to pay to my water service provider.because US Bank's computer system failed and shorted my account 20.00 and that triggered the NSF/ and the bank kicked the check back.So vancouver water utility charged me 40.00 for the returned check.which I had to pay to keep my water on.and usbank will not make it wright.HOW SAD.I'VE been A customer of us bank for over 20yrs now.and I can tell you that if I owed usbank one dollar that you would take it from me as fast as possible.to whom may ever read this,I'm sure you'll get back to me as soon as possible.What ever that means.until this matter is resolved with usbank.your rating is 0.0 ...read more
