The customer service at this place is wonderful. Especially for those of us who are novices when it comes to table tennis products. The tie rack works as advertised, but when I e-mailed them that a major piece was missing in the box, they said they put it in the mail and it would take 5-10 days to travel from Oregon to Montana. And, not a hint of an apology about the part being missing. I mentioned this in a subsequent e-mail to the Company's Customer Service department but received no response.
