I called to have Robert come to my house to help with a door lock installation. I expected to pay for the service, but Robert said what I wanted to do was easy, and he walked me through the procedure. He could have come out and charged me for the job, but he didn't. Unfortunately my friend had locked us out of the house and didn't have a spare. We called Tower Locksmith Services and JD came out to help us within 15 minutes. Not only was he affordable, but friendly and efficient as well. Hopefully we'll never need his services again, however, if needed we would definitely call on him again.
