I came across some stranded motorist near my home. The tire on the trailer was in horrible shape- it was low on air, bald, cupped, and blistered, and it was obviously dangerous. I called the shop and asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for over ten minutes, got a brief garbed message without a chance to talk to him, so I stayed on hold. After five more minutes, the manager picked up and tried, again, to say someone was on the way (by now, it was forty minutes on the side of the road). I tried to get back to my concern: that it was in a dangerous place and about the condition of the tire- why hadn't it been inspected- he told me he was tired of listening to me and hung up. Uhaul had still yet to come help them- by now, it must be an hour. I would strongly urge that anyone thinking about renting from this outfit go elsewhere. ...read more
