I am a salesman, I sell 3/4 x 520 teflon tape to this company. From time to time I call them 2 or 3 times a year maybe. I called 12/14/10 and as soon as the secretary found out who I was she hung up on me, I am not a pushy salesman or rude I give the customer a good product at a good price. It never ceases to amaze me that when the customer calls me and wants me to ship thier tape the same day because they have ran out of it and it is 2:30 in the afternoon and UPS comes at 3:00 that I bend over backwards to accommodate them and if for some reason I cant they get mad. They have been a great customer in the past but with business being the way it is because of the economy it seems to have affected all of us, it seems the harder we try there is always someone there to remind us of how valuable or should I say how unimportant we really are untill they need us. When I called ECS, they came out the same day, evaluated the equipment I already had from an old system and completed the work we agreed to at a more than reasonable price. The system add ons were perfect and exactly what I asked for. Great service, highly recommend!!!! ...read more
