I ordered nursery furniture in July. When it arrived one of the drawers was broken. They ordered a new one - 6 weeks later the drawer arrives and doesn't match. They try again - 5 weeks later I call to find out what's going on and they hadn't confirmed with the company that made the drawer so my wait time started over. Fast forward to now I just got my drawer and you can tell it's different than the rest but I don't want to wait anymore. While they were very nice at first they never once initiated contact with me regarding the repair. I had to make every phone call. When I called it took 1 -2 days to hear back and even then I had a hard time getting a straight and/or accurate answer. While I like to try and deal with local businesses when possible I think I will be steering clear of them for any purchases which to too bad because they have some cute stuff! ...read more

I'm very disappointed that Mardell's has pulled Terry MaCalom's music from your store. (of course unless it was his desire) Yes, he failed, it was his poor choices that caused it, but his music is annointed by God. And what the enemy wants more than anything is to remove anything that helps Christians to worship God. And that is exactly what his music does. We all loose in this if we give the enemy the satisfaction of eliminating a tool that God has used to bring His followers into the atmosphere and attitude of worshiping God our creator. ...read more
