The service and price we received from Master Lift was above and beyond our expectations. Steve, the owner of the company met with us personally and walked us through the entire process. He calmed our nerves and made us realize this is not uncommon and educated us on exactly what caused the foundation to fail. Once his crew and crew leader showed up they greeted us and got right to work completing our project in one day. Once my husband came home from work he asked if they showed up because you could not even tell they were there. That's just how good they are and our doors are now re-aligned and the cracks are closed and sealed up! Thanks again Steve and we will call you if we ever have any issues in the future. We highly recommend this company for your foundation repair. They were timely in the initial appointment and the price was extremely fair. The crew was professional and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up after the job and made sure we were happy with the results prior to leaving. Brett made certain that we understood every step of the process. We recommended them to our neighbors and they promptly completed that job too. We have another project on our property that we will be completing this spring. The Ohio Safe Room Rebate Program provides a rebate for the purchase and installation of safe rooms for Ohio homeowners. The rebate is paid to the homeowner upon the completion of the safe room installation/construction and the submission of all required documentation. Funding for the Ohio Safe Room Rebate Program is made available through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Grant Program (75%) and homeowner contributions (25%).
