Trochta's Flowers and Garden Center

We received a hydrangea plant for our family member's wake from Trochta's Flowers on February 12, 2016 and they are still alive as of April 2, 2016!!! We are going to enjoy them for a long time in the garden. We ordered several other arrangements and sprays and they were well designed with fresh, high-quality flowers and so beautiful! Went to this store around 10pm. Lady associate stocking in appliances was extremely helpful. Manager in the sporting goods area was extremely hateful and sarcastic. He was obviously trying to start a fight so he could call security or police. I tried my best to stay cool and walk away. I've seen 2 people get treated very badly, and when they retaliated they called security. BIG bad a*ses that hide behind security. This is a p*ss poor way to do business. This is obviously NOT a customer focused retailer. All I can say is beware of hostile management that try to engage you into a fight or altercation. You'll be in the back of a police car in minutes. ...read more
