I gave 2 stars because they were able get my actual fence up in record time, otherwise, it would have been a firm 1 star rating. If follow up work is required, you have to constantly hound the company. I called no less than 15 times and never heard back. I saw the sales person exactly twice, once pre-sales, and once the day construction began. Never came back to check on my satisfaction...big negative. Am already having to repair my gate they built...will not call them to fix as it would just take forever. Funny enough, when they "finished" my fence and put their advertising sign in my yard, 4 different neighbors came by my house to tell me the trouble they had with company.
