Craig Carter & Associates is in my experience, the least professional group I have had to work with. I had my taxes done with them, and not only did they lose my money by not checking the paperwork correctly(even after being shown what account to put it in), they blamed my wife, and were unwilling to help her out at all. Instead, they had her contact another CPA office and had them do the leg work. Even now, I am still missing my state tax refund, and have left messages with them. They still have not contacted me or my wife. I would encourage people to go elsewhere to get your taxes done. ...read more
