I had a very special ring to design in memorial of my fiance. I had a very specific idea in mind, and I worked with Tricia to pick out the setting and stone. She listened to what I had in mind for the ring, and she was very patient and helpful. The ring turned out spectacular. I took the ring back to ask her about a few inclusions I noticed in the sapphire, and without me asking she called in a couple of other sapphires to look at, and let me choose from those and switched them out with no hassle. The ring is absolutely beautiful, customer service is impeccable. I have already since then ordered a replacement wedding band for my brother, and a mother's ring for my best friend.
