This store is easy to get to and to park at, but you will probably wonder if that's enough to balance off dealing with a staff that mostly seems to resent the customers and hate their jobs. FWIW, respect only seems to make them even worse. \t\nThis place has always been dreadful -- I stopped going there years ago -- but I decided to give it another try just now, hoping the name change from Kinko's to FedEx Office came with a difference. I am sorry to report that it was only the name that changed, and the place is festering with the same crappy service and loathsome attitude as ever. \t\nThe FedEx Office over on Olentangy is harder to get in and out of, but a much better place in every other way. ...read more
