Bowling is a Great Activity to Stay in Shape

There are a lot of Great Activities to do to give you exercise, like hiking, biking, golf, etc. But there is also one that you can do year around and is enjoyable for the whole family. That activity is BOWLING ! While Bowling may not be the best at building muscle or losing a lot of pounds very quickly, you are using your muscles a lot more than you may think and getting a great cardio exercise. Plus you will have fun, especially with friends or/and family, and may want to do it again and again. After awhile you may want to join one of the many bowling leagues that are in your area.(since every city has a lot of bowling alleys) And get some exercise every week! Especially in the winter when the weather is to cold to do the outdoor activities. Then you may want to improve your bowling average. So you can help your team win, and possibly some money.(depending on the type of league you join). There are many ways to do this, from taking lessons from a Pro, to reading books about bowling tips.
