I lived in two different Apartments in the complex. In the first one there was no real heat besides my little electric heater yet I always had a heat bill between $50 - 100. Then, I moved into another one with my girl friend and there was no problem transferring the deposit. New still had very little heat but when I decided to move out at the end of my lease and not stay at that property, they decide to take my entire deposit. I cleaned both apartments the same way. And they didn't just take my deposit, they wanted me to pay another $300 for "scuffs and grease on the wall." Seriously what grease?? I call and they say just give them $100 and we'll call it even. True swindlers. I'm looking at you Joe and Samantha, true thievery.I didn't even mention the fact that the walls are paper thin and you will hear everything that is going on with your neighbors. This is a very unprofessional company. Tricia seems knowledgeable at first but is quite rude and does not provide results. After three months of listing our house she provided us with one application for a tenant with three dogs who did not want to sign a year lease. She recommended we accept this tenant! There were no other applicants for three months! She described our property inaccurately, listed unflattering pictures that we had to request several times to be changed and then had the nerve to send us a $500 bill to pay for advertising. She took a month to list us on her website properly and refused to update our Craig's List ad. She listed us in the local paper for a ridiculous amount of money and did not get one qualified applicant this way. Her advertising is archaeic. She gave us 30 days to pay our bill before sending it to collections, but refused to give us an itemized bill. She stopped her services and still wanted payment.
