Worst place I have ever done business with. Rented an auger to dig 6 fence holes. Piece of junk wouldn't stay running. Was 5 minutes later on the return and the guy got rude and mouthy with me. Told me they closed at 4 sharp and they would not wait for my husband to pull down North Ave and get it there. Crooks wanted to charge us for another day is all! We will be disputing this on our charge card. Have rented places before and they are usually accomodating when it comes to 5 or 10 minutes getting something back. If you want my opinion they owe me money for a crappy machine. Turned a one and a half hour job into a 3-4 hour job. NEVER AGAIN!!! ...read more
