Purchased carpet in Oct 2007, which was poorly installed. You could see where it was seamed, long loose threads if pulled would "run". When called to complain was told it would blend in in time..now it is much worse, areas are coming up, the seams are much more visible. The old carpeting from 1987 is in better shape. This was a small area of living room, stairs and bedroom. The cost was over $2600. Very unhappy. ...read more

The prices are great and the sales team is even better! They have a really good selection on all types of carpets and flooring! I've used them for every room of my house. If there were any problems (which there were very few of) they resolved them quickly! Ask for Don when you go in - he's the only one I've worked with - he's professional and courteous and is a generally nice guy! He won't rip you off and he goes right to your house to measure and he'll even bring samples with him!!! ...read more
