Eclipse Real Estate Services is not reliable in paying their abstractors. They owe thousands of dollars, ignore repeated calls and emails asking for payment, all the while soliciting new abstractors around the country to do their work. My wife and I purchased our first home from Hal Travis Real Estate, Inc. ten years ago. We received great service throughout our first time buying a home. Hal Travis was called to sell our home seven years later and we made a $52,000 profit. We used have the money to purchase a new home. Then we used the remainder to purchase a 21 foot boat. We have recommend Hal Travis and his company to seven of our friends and all are happy home owners. Every time he has sold one of their homes they have made a sizable profit.
