I bought from them an awning 4 years ago they told me that they give a five year warranty on the fabric the first it was ok the 2nd year it started leaking a little I called them they claimed it was because I changed my gutter and it left a space. but that was not the real reason why it was leaking because it was leaking from the top but also. I paid to get changed it anyway the 3rd year it was just plain raining in the whole waterproofing was gone. I called them and I asked them to fix it under warranty they answered that the warranty does not cover weather (i.e. if it ever rains outside) if you want an awning that does keep out the rain maybe you could buy from them ...read more
