This company is great until you make a claim. They sent me a replacement phone that did not work and they hassled me when I told them to send another phone to replace the replacement. Without seeing the phone they treated me like I was trying to rip THEM off, while they were sending me a broken replacement. They were rude and extremely unhelpful. I made a claim for my son's phone, they put a $75 charge on my credit card until a replacement phone was delivered. I got the new phone, and mailed his old phone back in the envelope that was provided. 12/28 I got a $300 charge on my credit card. When I called they said it was because they never got the phone, and asked what my tracking # was that I had when I mailed it back. I never got one, because I put the phone in the envelope and mailed it. They said I should have gotten a # when I went to the post office to mail it because they never pay for shipping it back. Wasn't I told this? NO I WASN'T!. He asked "Was the return envelope in the package or in the actual box?" because some phone wholesalers put one in the box to mail broken phones to companies that salvage! I said "if you know this than it has happened before, why don't you take it out so people don't get confused!" I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with this program. I submitted my claim on 2/27/10 and today 3/22/10 I still do not have a replacement phone. Not only were they unable to replace the phone we had purchased, now today, I get a call offering me a new phone but with a $135 upgrade fee. How ludicrous is this?
