Awful customer service, unprofessional and incompetent sales department! I recently purchased an MDX at this location and was completely unsatisfied with the customer service. First of all, they installed the wrong running board on my car. It's a $650 mistake but can be easily fixed. However, my dealer Danny Park whom I spoke to multiple times never returned my phone calls even when he promised to call back. In addition, he also offered to pick up the car himself and fix it yet never actually accomplished anything. He's incredibly immature and incompetent. I was fed up and contacted his manager Mike A. who was also a waste of time. I left two messages but he never returned my phone calls. It's now two months later and the problem has still not been fixed. Don't waste your time with this dealership.
