This is in ref to a quote I recd from Ashley Wallace (x6395) 800-342-3212. Upon sign up of AT&T Uverse w DVR pkg & internet, I was quoted $113.00/mo incl taxes as per Ms. Wallace. I have since found out that she signed me up for pkg that didn't incl DVR, since the 200 pkg is the one with DVR. The 100 is the one she originally gave me which doesn't come with a DVR. The 200 is the exact same price & does incl DVR. I have since fixed that. She also had my name wrong on the acct. She had my street add (Mckinney) as my last name. That actually presented a problem when I was trying to call in for my pin #. I have had to speak to other agents in order to find out what the deal is, why did she lie to me and what am I to do about it now? Of course she knows I can't do anything, all she wanted was sale. BBS Saved me!! I had lost all my data, taken my system to Best buy and they told me that I had a bad hard drive and I'm looking at $300 to fix. Best Buy also told me that my data couldn't be retrieved. Ron @BBS had my system up and running with all my data the following day for $149.99. All I had to do was go home and plug it in!
