In October of 09 our company hired The Repo man to pick up a vehicle for us in The Rochester NY area. We sent all the documents overnight UPS and sent via Western Union $400.00 as a retainer. Once the money was received we could no longer reach him. once i did manage to make phone contact and all i received was a line of BS.
