My oven broke. It just stopped working one weekend. I was planning to cook a huge dinner for my in laws, which were coming in the evening. But the oven was completely dead. I couldn't find a company that was willing to come in on Sunday until I called this company. They came out later that day. Even though they didn't have parts with them, they found the parts from a store that same day. Then came back to my house and finished the job. I still had time to cook dinner and everything.
