I am a Wedding Producer - I plan and then execute every detail of a bride's wedding including, including working with her on where she wants to go on her honey moon. I have personally worked with Rob Phillips and the team at Travel by Jen for almost 10 years and would absolutely not use anyone else to plan my brides honeymoons. They listen to EVERY detail of what you want in a trip and then make suggestions based on your request. If cost is the most important thing to you, they can suggest clean, affordable trips, if luxury and pampering, they have that too. I book all my personal trips through Travel by Jen also ...read more

Travel by Jen ""was"" a good discount travel agency. Now they are a bait and switch typical new york scam company. Their advertised price is NEVER what you get. In their e-mail specials they advertise in clear written English the price to depart from cities other than Miami. You will NEVER get that advertised price. It will be 3 or 4 times higher. We booked a vacation with them in 2010 to Secret Silver Sands when they first opened in Riviera Maya. The price was as advertised and everything went off without a single hitch. However, since then we have called 8 or 9 times to check on advertised specials and NEVER once was offered the advertised price. E-mails about my concerns went un-answered. The agents play dumb when you question the price. Sorry Travel by Jen looks like we will go through Apple or FunJet.
