I showed up at the house we were moving into in the middle of the cleaners 'work". While these cleaners we'd hired were allegedly cleaning our house; I instead found them sitting around eating sandwiches. I called my spouse to ask if they charge hourly. The only thing we discovered they actually did upon draining us dry of a few hundred dollars was throw a dirty mop around some of the wood flooring using some oily waxy concoction that our whole family was slipping on for a week until I had to go and fix the mess they left. Not only that but my 2 yr - when we walked thru the door later on- (just after they left upon "cleaning" the house & floors that we hired them to do) -The underside of her socks were blacker than the keyboard Im typing on now. Pathetic. We tried to get a refund. But they were defensive and only offered to come back again and discount their rate.
