Since we've had some heavy rains my basement keeps flodding because our pump wasn't working. I called to get an esimate on installing a new one and they had someone out there that morning to give me an esimate and that afternoon to install it, pretty good prices too. I called American Minutemen when my washing machine line started backing up. We were leaving for vacation the next day and I was concerned about doing laundry beforehand. I was assured by their curteous receptionist that they would send someone over that afternoon. The servicemen was at my home within one hour and quicky diagnosed and solved my problem.
