Today was my first visit to Aspen dental. I was pleased with the cleanliness and promptness of the office, staff and thorough exam. The dentist himself was very personable and made me feel comfortable, unlike other dentist's I have seen in the past. \t\nWhat impressed me most tho, was the fact that the office manager spent almost 40 min with me on my way out breaking down any payments and benefits supplied from my ins and what my portion would be for any services. I work @ a hospital and verify benefits for outpatient services. Coming from the other side, I think its WONDERFUL that MY benefits were shown/broken down to me so that there won't be any 'surprises' along the way. Some of the procedures that I do need done, my insurance will not cover. It was nice to be told that ahead of time rather than the day of any services or worse, AFTER a procedure has been done. ...read more
