I agree wholeheartedly with the reviewers below. I've lived here for 18 years, and unless I win Lotto, I will die here. The assessments blow. We weren't assessed for my first 10 years here, but then all of a sudden, they haven't stopped. It will be 600 bucks a year (then they take away 300 bucks of your STAR rebate) for perpetuity. When are people gonna rise up and stop this robbery?? People are such sheep, they'll pay and pay till have no money to buy food. Actually the population here is so lazy.
