My color and highlights were totally uneven on the 2 sides of my hair - by a crappy stylist named Nicole. Still got charged somehow. Came back the next day and the owner Mara had to spend the entire day re-doing it in new sessions. Got a refund. as well as a life lesson not to go to this crappy, neglected, overprieced, poor quality "high-end-wanna-be" salon. What a terrible TWO days that was! Oh - Did I mention the best part of day 2?? - The girl who messed my hair up - Nicole- spent the whole day walking by giving me dirty looks. Real professional. ...read more
