I tend to try and support local business but from now on I'm afraid I'll be ordering pool supplies online. Terrible customer support and way over priced. The manager on duty was rude and dismissive, clearly more interested in selling to new customers than taking care of old ones. I bought a sump pump on the (ill) advice of a sales person that is totally under powered for the job. Tried to return it but was told "we need to call the company" which in plain language means " too bad, we've got your money so too bad for you buddy". After 12 years and thousands of dollars spent here it's too bad this place can't try a little harder to take care of their customers. They could try bending the rules now and then.
