Never use sleepys. Despite a full day wasted they do not follow through and give you lots of platitudes but no service. A true disaster, they say they want your business but they are not willing to follow through with delivery; when their drivers showed up they said we were not home - four of us were home - and then they could not get their driver to come back ??? who is running the company - the drivers??? with business needing to offer customer service in ths poor economy there are many companies who stand behind their word to deliver when they say they will. Apparently even a supervisor Alicia x7210 is unable to get they drivers to deliver and has no one she can call to get additional help.If you need reliable service only one thing is clear: DON'T USE SLEEPYS!!!! ...read more
